We have 3 Gas BBQ’s available with a total of 16 burners Sausages - Pork, Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Jumbo Pork Beef Burgers 4oz,6oz & 8oz Pork Ribs seasoned in Chinese , BBQ or Hickory Pork Kebabs (as above) Pork Loins Chicken Kebab Seasoned, Chinese & BBQ 6oz Sirloin Steak Minted Lamb Neck fillets Paella Mixed Meat Chicken & Fish & Shell Fish Fish & Shell Fish Salmon Fillets Salmon Kebabs marinated in Lemon & Dill Tuna Steaks Tiger Prawn Kebabs (5) marinated in Olive Oil, Garlic and Parsley Langoustines marinated or plain Lobster (They are split & Griddled. On request the Claw meat can be removed Prior to event & used for Lobster Thermidore Canapés.) Corn & the Cob Asparagus marinated in Lemon & Cracked Black Pepper Vegetable Kebabs (Mushroom, Mixed Peppers, Courgette & Red Onion Cold Spanish Tomato and Onion salad Green Salad Coleslaw Tomato, BBQ, Burger, Garlic & Plain Mayonnaise & Sweet Chilli Sauces American Style Mustard Hot Dog Rolls & Burger Rolls.
