We have 4 Gas BBQ’s available with a total of 20 burners Sausages - Pork, Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Jumbo Pork Beef Burgers 4oz,6oz & 8oz Pork Ribs seasoned in Chinese , BBQ or Hickory Pork Kebabs (as above) Pork Loins Chicken Kebab Seasoned, Chinese & BBQ 6oz Sirloin or Ribeye Steak Minted Lamb Neck fillets Paella Mixed Meat Chicken & Fish & Shell Fish Fish & Shell Fish Salmon Fillets Salmon Kebabs marinated in Lemon & Dill Tuna Steaks Tiger Prawn Kebabs (5) marinated in Olive Oil, Garlic and Parsley Langoustines marinated or plain Lobster (They are split & Griddled. On request the Claw meat can be removed Prior to event & used for Lobster Thermidore Canapés.)
